CANCELLATION POLICY
※Please review our salon policy prior to visit our salon.
Late / Cancellation Policy
・You may now cancel or reschedule your appointment for no charge until 24 hours before your appointment.
A notice of less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of the full service price.
・There is a 15 minute grace period, please give us a call ahead of time if you are late.
There may be a wait for those arriving more than 15 minutes late.
・If you arrive at our old location we unfortunately will not be able to make an exception and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
